Returns:
Thank you for shopping with Asian-Hits-U.S.. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from your order date to make a return.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your return needs to include the original packing slip to be accepted.

**Consumables are NOT ELIGIBLE to returns or receive refunds.

To return an item, please email customer service at jdanko@asian-hits-us.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Form. After receiving form, follow instructions on the form, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

**Not following the instructions on the form, you understand that you will be responsible for shipping the item back at your cost. Asian-Hits U.S. will not reimburse if instructions are not followed.

Shipping:
You will not be responsible for covering return shipping costs. 

​

Refunds:
You will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method within 10 days of us receiving your return. Shipping costs for the original order are not refundable. The cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund.
